The Jack Puck 2-Ton Square Press is an exclusive and innovative press created especially for compressing plant extracts, ideal for compacting hash to easily extract excess water and air, achieving a compact slab. Easy to use and robust, it comes equipped with a 2-ton hydraulic jack so that with minimal effort, we can get slabs that are easier to store and handle, saving hours of work. This Jack Puck 2-Ton Square Press has very simple maintenance; just lubricate the lifter or plunger, the pumping mechanism, and the saddle regularly with a specific hydraulic jack lubricant. It should never be stored upright with the lifter fully lowered, and be careful not to loosen the valve screw too much to avoid accidentally removing it. The square mold can be heated in the oven up to 100°C to facilitate compaction. Whether for pressing dry-sifted or ice water extracted hash, the Jack Puck 2-Ton Press will be the best ally for the resin extraction enthusiast. HOW TO USE This step is optional but recommended. Heat the mold and the mold lid in the oven up to a maximum of 100°C. This facilitates compression and increases efficiency. Attach the TrimPro Jack Puck 2-Ton Square Press to a table with the incorporated hooks. Assemble the mold in the press and put the hash or any extract inside. If you have put the mold in the oven, handle it with protective gloves to avoid burns. Before putting on the mold lid, we suggest you place parchment or baking paper in between to make it easier to remove the pressed hash block afterward. Secure the lid with the two wing nuts. With the handle, tighten the valve clockwise. If the valve is open, the plunger or lifter will not rise. Begin to compress the hash by moving the handle up and down as much as you can. With the handle, loosen the valve counter-clockwise to lower the plunger or lifter. Remove the mold lid. Leave the mold in the press and hold it with the wing nuts. Retighten the valve with the handle. Move the handle up and down again so that the plunger pushes the hash slab out of the mold. Release the pressure again by loosening the valve. With your fingers, lower the base of the mold before removing it from the press to better utilize any possible residue.
