The Jack Puck 2-Ton Small Cylindrical Press is an exclusive and innovative press specially designed for compressing plant extracts, ideal for compacting hash to easily remove excess water and air, resulting in a compact slab. Easy to use and robust, it comes equipped with a 2-ton hydraulic jack, enough to effortlessly achieve slabs that are easier to store and handle, saving hours of work. This Jack Puck 2-Ton Small Cylindrical Press is very easy to maintain; simply lubricate the lifter or plunger, the pumping mechanism, and the saddle regularly with a specific hydraulic jack lubricant. It should never be stored upright with the lifter completely lowered, and care should be taken not to loosen the valve screw too much to avoid accidentally removing it. The round mold can be heated in the oven up to 100ºC to facilitate compaction. Whether for pressing dry-sifted hash or water and ice extracted hash, the Jack Puck 2-Ton Press will be the best ally for resin extraction enthusiasts. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE This step is optional but recommended. Heat the mold and mold lid in the oven to a maximum of 100ºC. This facilitates compression and increases efficiency. Secure the TrimPro Jack Puck 2-Ton Large Cylindrical Press to a table with the integrated hooks. Assemble the mold in the press and place the hash or any extract inside. If you have placed the mold in the oven, handle it with protective gloves to avoid burns. Before putting on the mold lid, we suggest placing a piece of parchment or baking paper in between to make removing the pressed hash block easier afterward. Secure the lid with the two wing nuts. With the handle, tighten the valve clockwise. If the valve is open, the plunger or lifter will not rise. Begin to compress the hash by moving the handle up and down until you can't anymore. With the handle, loosen the valve counter-clockwise to lower the plunger or lifter. Remove the mold lid. Leave the mold in the press and secure it with the wing nuts. Tighten the valve again with the handle. Pump the handle up and down again so that the plunger pushes the hash slab out of the mold. Release the pressure again by loosening the valve. With your fingers, lower the base of the mold before removing it from the press to better utilize any possible residue.
