Our original Mazar is a classic from the 80s, obtained from a special Skunk#1 crossed with a prestigious Afghan; the genetics were updated in 1997 and Mazar continues to be our best-selling variety of all time. It has a Christmas tree appearance and the heavy side branches guarantee huge harvests. The vigour and resistance of its growth make Mazar a good choice for less experienced growers. It is an authentic Afghan hash plant with extremely intense resin production and excellent potency. It may need support towards the end of flowering. It also produces noticeably strong odours. Mazar was one of the first Dutch Passion varieties available in the feminized seed catalogue. Since then, it has been used by other seed banks to create new varieties. The buds are sticky, highly aromatic, sweet and earthy with a good Afghan hash taste and hints of citrus and pine. The powerful effect is very physical and potent, yet relaxing. A feeling of numbness, warmth and happiness is combined with a meditative and contemplative state of mind. Available in regular, feminized and feminized autoflowering seeds.
