After years of marketing the S.A.G.E. (Sativa Afghani Genetic Equilibrium) variety, TH Seeds' development department decided to cross a selected female of their SAGE with a Skunk Sam male. The result is plants with a sativa heritage (60% sativa - 40% indica), that flower in just 56-63 days, yielding an incredible production of highly compact flowers covered in high-quality resin. SAGE was entered into the Bio-Cup, judged by Shanti Baba and Howard Marks, winning first prize. That same summer, it was entered into the Irún Cup, achieving 2nd place in the sativa category. SAGE also achieved the highest THC level of all samples at the last High Times Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam.
