The Kamala artisan incense holder – lotus flower in Nepali – is specifically designed to burn rope incense. Once the end of the rope is lit, you can proceed in 2 ways: fold it and place it on top of the spiral, making sure it doesn't touch the edge, or place the thicker end in the central hole of the incense holder. Rope incense is a traditional format from Nepal, where it has been used for centuries. To make each rope, aromatic powder is placed on a piece of lokta paper, which is then hand-rolled. We offer the following 3 fragrances: Sandalwood - Meditation and relaxation Juniper - Purification and regeneration Patchouli - Energy and creativity Your small ritual in 5 steps Choose a quiet moment to dedicate time to self-care. 1- Intention is fundamental when performing a ritual. Write yours down on a piece of paper. 2- Choose the incense that best suits your objective. Prepare the place where you will burn it, making it tidy and beautiful. 3- Light the end of the rope and wait a few seconds before blowing out the flame. Place the note with your intention under the incense holder and put the rope on top of it. 4- Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes. You can sit in a meditation posture or simply in a chair. Focus on your goal and visualize how the smoke releases obstacles and your goals become reality. You can complete the ritual by striking a Tibetan singing bowl. 5- Stay like this for a few minutes. Then open your eyes and observe the wisps of smoke. Let a feeling of gratitude fill you. We recommend repeating the ritual for several consecutive days. Do not inhale smoke directly. Ventilate after use. Note: this incense holder and its box are handmade in a workshop in India. They may have imperfections inherent to the processes used. Description: Ø 9.5 x H 2.4 cm approx., ceramic. Handcrafted and supplied in a gift box. Made in: Nepal
