The product obtained from this bag depends on the plant material being used: If the total size of your pollen is very large, it will trap the largest and most mature resin glands in the 120 µm bag. If, on the other hand, the total size of your trichomes is smaller, the 120-micron bag mainly collects trichome stalks (non-active part of the resin gland). In addition, it will trap larger plant contaminants, which will ensure the best quality in any subsequent pollen collection bag.
