The genotype has been bred by local cultivators for higher yield and reliable, uniform flowering, and every year thousands of kilos of dark, special Durban buds are produced throughout the region. The fact that Durban is also Africa’s busiest port allows a good portion of the harvests to reach smokers on other continents, making Durban the best-known African cannabis strain.
