INSTALLATION OF THE MC745 A+B NUTRIENT DOSING CONTROLLER - Attach the MC311 monitor to the wall near the nutrient tank with adhesive velcro or 4 screws. - Plug the pump's docking base (black and white) into the power outlet. - Submerge the electrode tip (about 2.5cm) into the nutrient mixture. - Secure the electrode with the help of the polystyrene float. - Turn on the monitor by pressing the ON/OFF button. - Select the setpoint with the graduated dial. INSTALLATION OF THE MP810 DOSING PUMPS - Connect the soft tubing (suction tube - on the left) to the pump and the filter (white) to the other end of the tube (to prevent solid aspiration). - Connect the rigid tubing (discharge tube - on the right) to the pump. - Optional: a black threaded connector for attachment to a pipe. - Mount the pumps to the wall or directly to the liquid FERTILIZER container, in a vertical position immediately next to the nutrient tank. - Connect the power plugs of the dosing pumps to the power strip, and connect the power strip to the docking outlet (black and white) of the MC311 controller. IMPORTANT: For a smooth adjustment of the nutrient level, it is advisable to dilute the liquid fertilizer with water in a container. Example: For a 100 lt tank, dilute 100cl of FERTILIZER in a 5-liter container of water. This data can be adjusted according to your tank volume, your fertilizer corrector concentration, and the strength of your recirculation pump or air diffuser stone. VERY IMPORTANT: For a homogeneous and immediate mixture of liquid fertilizer in your irrigation water tank, install a powerful recirculation pump and/or an air diffuser stone at the bottom of your tank.
