Aerofarm 3" by General Hydroponics is the smallest, cheapest, and most widely used aero-hydroponic system by growers worldwide due to its simplicity and excellent results. It is a pot measuring 45 x 45 cm, 43 cm in height, and with a 45-liter capacity, perfect for small growing spaces and a very economical option for using multiple Aerofarms in large growing areas. Aerofarm 3" does not use substrate; instead, plants are placed in up to 5 net pots with 5cm mesh and suspended over the reservoir filled with nutrient solution. You can place up to 5 plants per pot depending on their size; you can use all 5 to grow in a SOG method or just one to cover a large growing area. A small submersible water pump inside the reservoir will send the nutrient solution to two small sprinklers that will keep the roots constantly moist, in addition to being continuously oxygenated, which will lead to explosive growth and a greater capacity to absorb nutrients.
