This is the medium edition of our complete Ice-O-Lator® system, suitable for up to 500 grams of dry plant material.
The set includes a 220, 185, 120, 90, 70, 45, and 25 micron screen bag.
Accordingly, this equipment will give you a maximum of five degrees of quality/size separation of crystals from your end product.
With this set, you can collect and separate larger resin glands (120, 90 and 70 µm), as well as trichomes in the small and mini crystal ranges (45 and 25 µm).
The additional 185 µm filter bag is a great help in preventing plant contamination from reaching your product.
As every plant material is different, the 7-bag set gives you some leeway to adjust accordingly.
No matter what the overall crystal size, you can combine the correct filter sizes to contain the leaf with the correct mesh sizes to catch crystals to trap and separate the trichomes.
You can also compile your own 7-bag set by choosing 7 bags from the following micron sizes:
220 µm, 185 µm, 120 µm, 90 µm, 70 µm, 45 µm, 38 µm or 25 µm.
For additional information and instructions, please refer to our Manuals.
Pro tip:
Keep the water at or below 4 °C (39.2 °F), as it is densest and therefore most effective for stripping resin glands at this temperature.
