To make each rope, aromatic powder is placed on a piece of lokta paper, which is then hand-rolled. Write yours down on a piece of paper.\n2- Choose the incense that best suits your objective. Prepare the place where you will burn it, making it tidy and beautiful.\n3- Light the end of the rope and wait a few seconds before blowing out the flame. Place the note with your intention under the incense holder and put the rope on top of it.\n4- Get into a comfortable position and close your eyes. You can sit in a meditation posture or simply in a chair. Focus on your goal and visualize how the smoke releases obstacles and your goals become reality. You can complete the ritual by striking a Tibetan singing bowl.\n5- Stay like this for a few minutes. Then open your eyes and observe the wisps of smoke.
